Ishtiaque Uddin Ahmad Ashik, a former Associate of Rokonuddin Mahmud & Associates, was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2013. Prior to that, he completed his LL.B (Hons.) from Queen Mary University, University of London. He has significant work experience in drafting and review of laws, administrative and judicial review, company, corporate and commercial, shareholder agreements, and employment matters.

He regularly assists local and international companies in matters of company, contractual and commercial matters. He also advises start-ups with incorporation, obtaining the required licenses and guiding them through the process of commencing operation in Bangladesh.
